Aisling Weir is a senior commercial lawyer who specialises in health technology, the regulation of therapeutic products and commercial contracting in the health sector. She has extensive experience working for health sector organisations such as private health providers, life sciences businesses, pharmaceutical and medical device companies, medicinal cannabis businesses, Te Whatu Ora, PHOs, and medical colleges and associations. Aisling advises on projects relating to the outsourcing of complex medical and diagnostic services, the licensing and implementation of health systems and solutions, and the establishment of online and app based health and wellness services. Previously, Aisling was in-house at Fisher & Paykel Healthcare.
Diana Thomas specialises in public law and advises government departments, Crown entities and private clients on a range of public, regulatory and commercial matters. Diana provided legal advice to the Ministry of Health policy team that was preparing the Therapeutic Products Bill, which involved preparing the drafting instructions on the Bill.
Alex Crow specialises in corporate and commercial law. Alex previously worked in-house at one of New Zealand's largest pharmaceutical companies.
